Add Member / User

mye-coach support -

An Administrator or Champion can add a User to mye-coach. Any User added via this method will be automatically approved and a welcome email will be sent to them. Select the user type by checking the relevant boxes.

Note that Champions are only able to add users from their own organisations. If this needs to be changed, it can only be done so by an administrator.

When adding the members, all information marked with an asterix is mandatory. Note that if the new member is a 'Coach', additional profile fields will be made available and are compulsory. 

When a new member is added, their visibility settings are set to 'Visible to all users from all organisations' and 'Users can message me' by default.
