My Requests

The 'My Requests' area is where you can see the progress and current status of any requests for Coaching or Mentoring that you have made. These status' can range as below: 

Draft
A Request that has been created by a Member but has not yet been sent for approval. It is only visible to the Member who has created it.

Pending Sponsor Approval
A Request that has been submitted by a Member. This Request requires approval either by the designated Sponsor (who is emailed on submission) or by an Administrator or Champion who has ‘Approve Sponsorship’ permission.

Sponsor Declined 
A Request that has been declined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is asked to provide a reason why they have declined the request. The member is notified of this by email. 

Sponsor Approved
A Request that has been approved by the Sponsor, and, depending on the organisational request gateway set up, is either ready for administrative approval, or goes straight to a Match Request. 

Pending Approval 
A Request that has been approved by the Sponsor. Requests of this status require approval from an Administrator or Champion who has ‘Approve Requests’ permission. 

Approved 
The Request has been approved by a member of the administration team. A Requestor who has an approved Request can search and select a Coach. 

Approval Declined 
The Request has been declined by a member of the administration team. More details will be available in the Request History associated with the specific Request. The Administrator or Champion declining the request will be asked to provide a reason why it has been declined and the member will be notified by email.

Awaiting Match Request
Your development request has been approved and is now waiting for you to find a suitable Coach or Mentor you would like to work with. 


Awaiting Match 
The Requestor has selected a Coach for their Request, however the Coach has not yet Accepted or Declined the Request. 

Matched 
A Coach has accepted a Request. 

Match Declined 
A Coach has declined the Request. More details will be available in the Request History associated with the specific Request. The Coach will be asked to provide a reason why they are declining the Request and the member will be notified by email.

In Programme 
The request has been successfully approved and accepted by all parties and the coach has created a coaching programme based on the details of this request. 

Archived 
Once the coaching programme has been completed and archived, the request associated with the coaching programmes is also archived. This prevents any further changes being made to the request.
